What we collect and why

We collect the information you choose to submit: name, email, program interest, goals, preferences, program dates, reflections, and optional Discord username. This helps deliver requested resources, answer enrollment requests, and match program check-ins. The website and form provider, Netlify, process submissions. Marketing preferences are separate from program requests.

Optional photos

Photos are encrypted in your browser before upload. The website contains an encryption public key; Hector keeps the separate private key used to view them. The original image and any metadata inside it are encrypted together. Your selected preview remains in your browser until you send the form. Photos are not saved in browser local storage by this form.

Hector and any specifically authorized program administrator may review submitted information for the chosen program. No photo is automatically added to a public gallery or a Discord channel. We do not sell submitted contact details or photos. Asking whether we may contact you about a testimonial is not permission to publish; a separate written agreement is required.

Retention and deletion

Progress submissions and photos are scheduled for deletion review 90 days after submission, unless you separately agree to longer retention or retention is legally required. This review includes downloaded copies. Contact Hector to request earlier deletion or correction. Deletion may take time to propagate through service-provider systems and backups. Program-interest records are reviewed after 12 months; subscription records remain while needed to manage your chosen communications or legal obligations.

Your choices

Photos are optional. You may submit a text-only check-in or keep all your records on your own device. Do not submit medical records, government identification, nude images, photos of others, or information about minors. These programs are for adults 18+.

Use hector@sacredgroundmethod.com to request access, correction, deletion, or removal from communications. Use an unsubscribe link when provided. We may verify your identity before responding.

Discord and device storage

Discord processes account and community activity under its own policies. Restricted channels limit access but cannot stop other members from copying content. The public homepage habit tracker stores completion on your device; it does not send those marks to Hector. The photo form does not store photos in that tracker.

Security and scope

Photo encryption protects uploaded image contents; it does not turn this website into a medical-record system or authenticate who submitted a check-in. Contact-form text is handled by the hosting/form provider. Keep sensitive medical details out of these forms. We may update this notice as services change.
