The proposed membership experience
Private member channels
Weekly goals, wins and resets, announcements, and program resources. Member access is granted after enrollment is confirmed.
A repeatable rhythm
Weekly planning and review prompts, plus access to the reset and 30-day workbook. Prayer and scripture participation are optional.
Clear expectations, useful support
- Adults 18+ who want support with goals they choose.
- Group calls; one-to-one calls and unlimited direct messages are not included.
- Call times, response windows, billing, cancellation, and missed-call handling supplied before enrollment.
- No recording of member calls by default.
- Respectful encouragement, without shame or pressure to share body photos.
- No medical care, therapy, emergency support, or promised weight loss.
Private channels limit access, but other members can still copy what they see. Share only what you are comfortable discussing in a group. Submit personal progress photos through the optional check-in form rather than community channels.
